Edible Arrangements

Staff was very nice and helped us pick a nice piece for New Years.
Fruit appearance came out better then expected.
Chocolate covered Banana’s were a hit.
Only issues we had was with the Strawberries, they didn’t seem so fresh and were a bit soft. Other then that it was a positive experience, but for the money, wish everything was perfect.
Would def try again but def would mention my prior experience when ordering.

My review is based upon my order for valentine’s day semisweet chocolate dipped berries fruit box.
The product what I received was far from what was depicted in the picture.
The berries were not uniform in taste, size or ripeness. I got one huge strawberry in the box and rest were either small or too small. Some were over-​ripe while others were still green. It did not look like a treat to eyes AT ALL after opening the box. The taste of the berries alone was not that great either.
Why 2 stars? The chocolate coating with the sprinklers was really nice, rich, thick and delicious. They had made my order ready in time and I did not have to wait when I went to the store for pick up.
My verdict: I have had real good stuff from edible arrangements in the past. But I have heard complaints about their fruit boxes from others too. I will not be ordering fruit boxes anymore. It was NOT WORTH the money I spent
