Metro Mattress

It’s worth saying that the people who work here are friendly and knowledgeable. The important thing to know is that the «sale» prices are usually a fraction of the what can be found elsewhere. Also, when they start «throwing in things» it feels to me like I’m at a used car dealership… and like every other retailer in America these days… they will price match. The real issue is the mattress return policy.
RE: Mattress Return Policy
1. A mattress protector ($ 159) must be purchased from them (at their price)
2. There’s a $ 100 charge in the first 30 days, $ 200 from day 31 – 365.
3. It’s basically an exchange policy for which it states right in the contract that the new mattress will cost FULL RETAIL PRICE even if the new mattress is on sale.
Don’t get me wrong… everyone deserves to make a buck, but with their minimal sale prices discounts and mattress return policy… it’s too much to stomach. With all the competition online and locally it seems odd to me that they can be so far out of market.
And the good news is… there are better local retailers with real sale prices and fairer mattress return policies.

I cannot speak for the customer service here because they were busy with other customers.
I can say though that for a place advertising «great deals» and discounts, they’re out of their minds. I do not think that 2,000 for a FULL size bed is reasonable by any means. The prices go much higher than that too.
I can say though that they do have name brand mattresses so that’s a plus I suppose, just be ready to shell out some serious cash for a bed here!
