Tim Hortons

Very unhappy with the slow service and the amount of times they get my order wrong but I like there coffee so it is worth the sacrifice I guess

This was a great place for a coffee date. I love the French Vanilla Coffee. Nice lounge area. Great food and amazing service. I was there the other day when the weather was bad. We sat by the television on their soft chairs. It was simple date, but sometimes the simple things can be the most memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

customer service was terrible. was told to get total at pick up and when i requested the total at the speaker instead so i could check to see if i had enough in my checking account, i was huffed and told my price in a very rude manner. then, i waited in line for 10 minutes before even pulling up to the window, and this was not morning but 3pm. it wasnt even busy. then i waited for the window to open for 5 minutes before having to pull away without my drink or else i would have been late to work. not fast or polite service

Tim Hortons. Not to be confused with «Time Hoarders», an organization that essentially will sell you an extra year of life for $ 10 mil USD. Very popular with politicians, oil barons and arms dealers.
Tim Hortons is the only coffee I will generally drink because it’s so smooth and light and delicious, like a sweet swirly hot coffee milkshake. I don’t drink coffee but friends often do so I do have some from time to time. This one was pretty decent, not amazing, not bad… it could have been hotter.
Lowering this rating though because having been here 3 or 4 times now, it closes sometimes when others don’t, it has iffy service, it’s sometimes not hot or not up to specs.

Coffee and Donuts — Just like any other coffee and donut shop that we have on Long Island.
I never heard of Tim Hortons before traveling to western New York, so I had to do my YEsearch to get some history on the business before writing this review. I spent the last hour reading up on this Canadian franchise, which Burger King agreed to purchase in August 2014, for 11.4 billion USD! This would make it the third-​largest operator of fast food restaurants in the world.
Now I’m YEsearching stocks whilst sipping a hot cup of Joe or Tim? Hmmmm.

It’s routine that I make a trip to this Tim Horton’s every morning on my way to work.
I have found that there is a small window during the busy morning hour to get in the drive thru line, with only 1 or 2 cars ahead of you. If I am a minute or two behind, forget it, the line is already almost to the road.
The morning staff is a bit older, and very friendly.
This Tim Horton’s has a record of never screwing up an order for me. (Another location in Tonawanda has a record of almost always doing so!).
This location just got a mini face lift to their exterior. Newer, more modern, Tim Horton’s logo sign and back drop.
Very convenient location.
