One of the biggest hallmark store I’ve ever seen, I didn’t realize the store is huge and have a lot of selection of greetings cards (birthdays for her, him mom, dad, uncle, pets etc), books, Yankee’s candle, gifts and home decoration.
The store is very clean, organized, and most importantly the sales ladies were very helpful, patient, and friendly. The price is about the same for most hallmark stores.

Awful awful customer service. They are very expensive (you can get their hallmark ornaments cheaper at Kohl’s).but the big story here is that the service is just bad. Usually I refrain from putting «1 star» because it comes off as dramatic. But honestly they are the worst. They have employees that will do everything they can to avoid helping the customer out — and God forbid you have a return. Take the short drive down the road to Kohls. Most of the stuff you will find there… for much less. And they have a no hassle return policy.

The manager on duty was Scott (I believe). He apologized for their false advertising — but still said he couldn’t honor it.
