for detailed accounts of individuals who have stayed here recently. When I stayed in a cabin 10 years ago the place was in complete disrepair. Anything above 2 stars is very misleading. It’s a shame the Chestnut closed years ago. Same beautiful lake but was a much nicer inn.

A great family resort… all activities included in one price! The kids club is a big bonus. The grounds… walking/​hiking trails… fishing are amazing! A perfect spot for family reunions… weddings…anniversaries, etc. My family has been going for over 60 years!!!
