Poor customer service, and it wasn’t always like this. I’ve been in this place three or four times in the past maybe four months. It’s the only Burger King in the area, which sucks. The service is SO slow, and the employees don’t seem like they care. Upwards of fifteen minutes for standard burgers and fries orders. Maybe because the employees are playing on their phones. And they’re probably miserable working there because the one manager I overheard was downright verbally abusive to them. Sad location.

3rd time here, and it’s gotten so much better, I just had to update. 3rd time is the charm right? It’s fast food, and I don’t expect much for the money, but my last visit was the best yet as far as freshness, value, AND service. Drive thru moved quick and the cashier was very friendly.

I typically do not review super fast food chains… but here we go. Not the fastest place, but the manager was extremely nice. she noticed the line has been stalled for quite some time and she gave us all a small drink for those who did not purchase one.

This burger king sucks from top to bottom. Parking lot and drive thru practically ruins your cars suspension. The employees are all scrubs and lazy as hell. Just dont go! Hate it too bc i love burger king!
