Desert Dry Waterproofing

i WOULD NOT recommend this company to anyone. they will find any reason not to honor their warranty. after they installed a 6,000 dollar French drain system, water began to seep in the concrete floor and they blamed it on everything but themselves. they did not offer to come up with a solution or give any help. they said i needed a lateral drain now, why would i want them to do 6000 dollars worth of work and not gauruntee the entire basement. there are plenty of water proofing company’s out there so shop around.
The work was completed in mullica hill NJ. I have since moved but I am 100% certain that Desert Dry is the original company that water proofed my basement.
Just make sure you hire a company that stands by their warranty and preferably has a transferable warranty incase you sell your home so the new home owner does not have to worry.
