I’ve been using heart to heart for years. They most recently did the flowers for my father-​in-​laws funeral and they were all just what we had pictured and wanted. Many of the roses are still
alive and pretty enough to display up to 2 weeks after the service. The reason not the full 5 stars is because I am aware of an issue a relative had with their flowers for the funeral HOWEVER this small floral shop had to work with some very unique requests from our family (a superman sign of flowers and a firemans shield) & I realize that is not an easy task. The volume of the flowers that were ordered for the funeral would’ve been overwhelming for the largest floral shop.

After calling the florist again, and finally speaking to someone (Toni), I was told that they were sorry for the experience and would like to deliver another bouquet to my sister’s place of work that would look like the one I originally ordered and would arrive on time. My sister received a new bouquet that had the same flowers as the ones in the picture and got to her in time. I am pleased with the customer service and the response that I received in the end. The fact that they tried to make it right after they made a few mistakes is commendable.

My niece and sister ordered flowers for my birthday.
However, due to the inclement weather, the flowers were delivered the following day. Two days later the daisy flowers started to wilt. Shortly after the daisies, the roses started to wilt. Five days after the delivery date, more flowers started to wilt and die. Six days after the delivery, only 9 flowers remain.
The floral arrangement was very nice. However, it was obvious the flowers were not fresh. When my niece spoke to Heart to Heart Florist about this issue, they only gave her half of her money back.

They don’t always have the best selection, but they have been helpful in a pinch.
Prices are good on their flowers. Also bought some candles here on clearance, a real steal.
The people that work here are nice. They freshened up and replaced some of the flowers from an arrangement I was buying from the display case. Things like that turn me into a repeat customer. Plus there is plenty of parking and they are close to home. Looks like they are remodeling too. Hope they stick around for a long time.
