This place is amazing. I see Dr tim regularly for acne and he’s super friendly and willing to answer any question. The staff is amazing as well. Their spa package is on point too. Just experienced my first massage and the lady was understanding and again super friendly. I highly recommend derby derm :)

I did have a bad review for this business but I will recant. The owner actually emailed me and explained everything and gave me a full refund because of a misunderstanding. He is the reason why you should give your business to Derby Derm. He cares enough about his customers to personally make sure you are completely satisfied.

Let me just say, «Never again!» After 4 days the burns and scabs from my upper lip have almost healed. The Brazilian wax I received was the worst ever. Burning and scabbing galore! Wrong wax was used and trust I paid for it! Requested a refund for sub-​standards service and was told to come in and in essence… try again. I think not. Visit at your own risk, I was mutilated.
