Instant potatoes always never get 5 stars other then that wait was longer then it should be but food okay.

Well, this time I had a negative experience. I decided to go through the drive up window to get a 16 pc dinner bucket. There’s a KFC closer to home than the Derby location, but I still drive 20 miles to go to this one. Reference my previous review, I still come over to Derby because they do it right… just not this time. After patiently working my way up the line and getting my 16 pc family bucket, and rushing home with hot food, I discovered there was no gravy to go with the 2 tubs of mashed potatoes and no butter or honey packets for the biscuits. I decided to call them and point out their error, but since there was no receipt in the bag, that turned out to be yet another frustration. Mistake? Gotta wonder… Still, I was ticked off enough to Google them, and get the manager on the phone. Once I pointed out their mistakes she said they were really busy and my choices were either go back and get the gravy, or ask for the gravy at my next visit. Not sorry about that, not we regret the inconvenience, or any apology whatsoever. Sure, I’m going drive 40 miles to get the gravy and come home to cold food. Here’s my message to the manager; after waiting in a long line for your food, I’m not going to notice if it takes an extra 10 or 15 seconds while you double check my order before handing it out the window. Even if I noticed you checking it, I would feel reassured you cared to get it right. Conversely, rushing home with hot food for the family only to discover the order was messed up is going to make me think hard the next time I consider driving that 20 miles to your business. You messed up not once, but twice; first you screwed up my order, then refused to apologize.
