I stop in here anytime I am in the area, which is about 5 or 6 times a month. But as of tonight I will never be back. I asked for a Grande Burrito, which was on the menu sign, and was told«We have discontinued that». When I asked why it was still on the electronic menu I was told«I don’t care what’s up there, we don’t have it any longer». So I asked for a sausage, egg and cheese on a wheat bagel as a replacement. The young lady went around the corner to make it and about 5 minutes later she returned and said«I just dropped the last wheat bagel we had on the floor.» Kind of convenient, wouldn’t you say? Another customer came in right after me and asked for a coffee WITHMILK, NOTCREAM. When she got the coffee it was made with CREAM, not milk. She gave them the coffee back and left. So, here is a tip for the franchise owner: If you no longer offer a product, take it off the menu. Secondly, your employees are a reflection of your management style and appreciation of the customer. It was very evident tonight that neither you, not your employees care about customer relations or customer service.
