Avoid this place at all costs!!! We rented a storage locker at ExtraSpace to store some of out stuff while we prepared to move to Michigan. The first few months went ok until it was time for us to close out account. We pre-​paid for the month and told them we would be there to clean everything out. Again everything went fine until a month later when we received a bill for continued service… once again we called and paid the bill figuring it was our mistake and being now that we were in MI it was easier to play.
Well a month later we get another bill… we called and complained and we were to it would be taken care of. The next month… another bill with late charges. Another call and another apology. Next month another bill and more late charges. We are now in collections with this
Company and have retained a lawyer to fight this company. Avoid at all costs!!!
