Grgurovic Hardwood Floors

Paul did a tremendous job on my floors. I recently purchased a house which was covered in carpet in every room. Upon rehab I found that there were hardwood floors underneath which I had planned on just cleaning up a bit until I found out there were 3 GIGANTIC and DEEP stains in the floors. With all the holes for tac strips, large holes drilled by Comcast through the floors, and other smaller stains everywhere, I opted to have them re-​done. I received quotes from 4 companies in the area and ultimately decided to go with Paul. Despite being young, he possesses a wealth of knowledge in hardwood floor refinishing. Since the first day we started, Paul was up front, honest, and let me know what he was working on. He warned me that one of my stains may not come out due to how deep it had penetrated the wood, which I appreciated (despite how bummed I was to hear it). We were able to get the process done in a weeks time (which was longer due to the original finish on the floors which slowed down sanding). He was even very patient with me as I slowly and painfully tried to decide on a stain. I had about 800 sq.ft. sanded (including stairs), water popped, stained, and two coats of polyurethane were applied. Overall, the final product surpassed my expectations and I don’t want anyone to pass over Paul because he is new to the area. Take a chance on him, you won’t be disappointed.
