Horrible experience at this auto shop! Customer beware… Needed window regulator replaced. Brought in part told wrong part, had another part sent told again it was the wrong part. Two ladies had to show them it was the right part, whose the mechanic? Window went down so paid for work, once I left the parking lot window would not roll up. Went right back and they said they don’t warranty used parts. Okay but I’m not asking for a 30 day warranty but how about you fix what I paid for? Also they had 2 of the same parts so one should have worked. Fixing and warrantying are two different things… Owner was the so rude I couldn’t even believe it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Can’t speak for the actual auto service here but a few of the employees were standing around outside and very rude to someone who was looking for Lolos(next door). Was considering getting my inspection done here because of the price but will be going somewhere else now. No time for rude, unhappy people. It’s too bad one unpleasant mechanic can drive away potential business for a local shop. Tip: don’t stop anywhere close to this shop if you’re looking for Lolo’s or any place else in the vicinity, unless you want to get reemed out by an unhappy mechanic. In response to the owners comment(1÷15÷16) — I had recently moved to Derry(from Boston) and was looking to get my car inspected at THIS garage, hence why I was parked at the end of a dead end street in front of their auto shop(not sure what they were implying with their comment that this was odd?) when an employee in front of this garage was very rude to a person looking for Lolo’s. Their response to my review just goes to show that this is not a place id do business with in the future. Instead of apologizing for the incidence, or at the very least saying it may have been a misunderstanding, they chose to place blame on the mechanics from another garage. To me it’s not even worth the better prices to come here.

Being a female I find it hard to establish an honest relation with a mechanic. Most shops are more concerned about making money which is why their labor charge is 65+/hr. Joe &Kims only charge $ 50. They’re always having great specials. Got my daughters oil changed for free just for having a J&K sticker on her car. This garage has gone far above any garage I have ever been to. Their customer service far exceeds any Place I have been to in a long time. They have gone out of their way to help out my daughter who has her car there from an accident, very understandable and giving us honest options too choose from. Their prices are the best in town. I got my inspection sticker, tires rotated and synthetic oil change for $ 65. Very friendly atmosphere. Being a new garage they are always improving their look they have a waiting area with TV and complimentary coffee most Mom & Pop shops do not have. They’re open Saturdays. If you’re a single mom like myself and live on a limited budget, I highly recommend checking this shop out I will never go to another shop again!

This review is solely based off the state inspection service I had here. It was the cheapest option I could find($ 35 normal, but $ 20 with a print out of a coupon on their website!). Assuming you Unilocalers are reading this review and this coupon still applies, price-wise, this place is good for the price. Turnaround was decent. Took a little over 30 minutes to get the state inspection completed which isn’t bad. Note I have a 2011 Jetta though so I hope it wouldn’t take longer than this. One negative thing to note was when we came to pick up the car, the person writing the inspection was chatting with the owners. I asked if our car was ready, and the person said all they needed to do was finish writing the inspection — aka the piece of paper he was scribbling on. From there, he turned away as continued to chat with the owners. Rude and subpar service — if a customer comes requesting the status of a service, then it’s an implication that they would like the service to be completed ASAP. Focus on your customers, not on your side conversations. That being said, the price was still good, service fairly fast, and the people generally nice. This is obviously a mom and pop shop however so don’t expect major name brand customer services.
