First time and last time… my wife went i went upstairs to the bar. The people at the bar were pretty crude! My wife and I were just sitting there and this woman out of nowhere said she was sitting at her seat. The service sucked! The bar smelled of bleach… disgusting! One guy was sneezing all over the bar without even covering his sneezing. Need I say more!

Pretty good place for where it is. A nice local watering hole that allows locals a good place to knock back a few beers. I have only been here in the winter months so I haven’t gotten to experience the deck but it looks great. The menu has been pared down for the upstairs bar. Generally it’s standard pub Faire. The large amount of taps provides options for every taste. Beer snob or bud light drinker alike. Also the have trivia there every Thursday at 7 pm.

I give this place NOSTARS, where do I even start. They recently took the pizza off the menu, the only thing that I would consider edible. The Mac and cheese tastes like it came from a box at Market Basket, and they skimped on the ribs. For everyone that doesn’t know, a rack of ribs has 13, they advertised three CHEWY ribs as a «half rack». Also after waiting an hour and 15 minutes for buffalo chicken, it came out RAW!!! Besides how horrible the food is, it took 1hr 15 min for a buffalo chicken appetizer to come out. Now, onto the service. The waiter told us that he apologized that is was his first night. He was hired 30 minutes before he walked in the door, with no training. As he realized how long the simple«fry food» was taking, he explained how much of a sham this place was, and he can’t believe he’s working here, but he had no choice. So after the long wait for food, it took them another 10 minutes to bring silver ware. This place is a JOKE!!! Stay away!!!

THEGOOD: Our server was a really nice lady. The place has potential. Steve’N James was disgusting. They do have 22 Taps. Half of them are gross beers. For example; you don’t need every light beer ever made on tap, and then bud heavy and miller and sam adams, and then two decent options out of 22 taps. I can be considered more of a beer snob than many, and again, 22 taps… so the options are limitless. I saw a flier for a beer snob tap takeover too, so they seem to be on point with their beers. For the food, TACOTUESDAY is all we tried, but they have sheets of paper with all the ingredients they offer for tacos, and you circle what you want for ingredients. Awesome idea! THEBAD: The tacos sucked. The bartender was complaining, loudly, about other staff at the restaurant with VERY colorful wording, to some other waitress who was off shift. Swearing about the cook, the kitchen manager, etc. Our waitress was professional and nice to us, but didn’t say«hey shut up, unprofessional» to her co-workers. From our experience(we have a lot of it in the industry) the problem with local restaurants, and really any restaurant, is poor management in regards to staff. Hiring the scum who have no class… that’s easy to find in restaurants. They made it clear that they had no class, even for a bar, and they made all the establishments dirty laundry apparent, like they wanted us to hear it… Their synopsis was«everyone and everything here sucks». The tacos, even though the ingredients were clearly circled(how much easier could it be???) were missing ingredients or had incorrect ingredients. The ingredients that were used were disgusting and were certainly a take of «White Mom from Minnesota» Tacos. The«Spicy Sauce» was actually, literally, thousand Island dressing. It was like I was eating a salty sloppy joe salad w/a familiar taste of big mac sauce. Unfortunately the hamburg was cold as well… and somewhat undercooked(pink) in the middle. I don’t care about pink hamburg… but it’s unsettling when it’s also cold. All the tacos were cold… The chicken tacos were like a solid mold of liquefied chicken(?) even though the chicken(?) was somehow dry and unseasoned. It was like it was sitting in a chafing dish and had formed to the corner of it, and they spooned out that corner into the taco. Something that is so easy to do, it was like it was purposefully ruined, sabotaged. And so we started to understand. Literally everyone there sucked, maybe even our really nice waitress. Just kidding. She asked how the food was, we were honest. She took 3 bucks off, she said the place has potential and that it’s one day at a time, they are trying to work the kinks out(bad stuff, in other words). She was somewhat candid, whispered this to us, and sugar-coated the evident problem… I found it professional and kind of refreshing. I think she was just defeated already. Which is sad. I want to try their other food too and I’ll update. So far, really really gross. Stop doing tacos until you hire someone who knows how to make food.
