ANGEL! I recently moved to New Hampshire so EVERYTHING is new and change can be very stressful. When I realized the Dr. Buik was just next door to my office, you can only imagine the weight that was going to be lifted. Not only do you feel like you are going to see someone that doesn’t feel like a stranger, but is ready to tackle your battles with you!

I hate to admit this, but before I started going to Triskelia Wellness, I didn’t really believe in massages, or the Chiropractic Activator Method.
Well, not only did I get proven wrong, but by being both adjusted and massaged, I have begun to get active again. So much so, I feel like I actually have my life back. With Dr Buik’s assistance with exercises, stretches, and adjustments, I am looking forward to tackling the yard again this spring, which is next to a miracle.
I would definitely recommend Triskelia Wellness to anyone who’s having neck, back, and sciatica issues. If Dr Buik can help me, she can help anyone! Plus, her staff is super friendly and helpful.
