Used Apple Store

I’m updating this review and lowering my rating of Used Apple Store.
Potential patrons, please pay attention to the 20+ one star «not recommended» reviews in the hidden section at the bottom of this page. It will give you a much broader understanding of this business and the potential frustration you may encounter there.
The reason I’m updating is because after a poor experience with this business, the owner has extended that occurrence by picking an argument with my review in which he says my subjective FEELINGS about his store are wrong (click the previous review below this one to take a look). As a business owner, if your response to bad Unilocal reviews is anything other than «I’m sorry you had a poor experience with us. How can we help to fix it?» you’re doing it wrong. If your response is to argue the customer’s experience and be antagonistic about it, you’re doing it VERY wrong.
Be wary of the Used Apple Store.

It’s a shame they have poor reviews because these guys are awesome. Quick, inexpensive, honest and local. Go here not the apple stores in the mall. Bill fixed my old G5 tower in less than an hour and less than $ 100. I have no doubt the mall stores would have just tried to talk me into a new one. It works so much quicker now, it’s like a brand new machine. They also have some great deals on used machines including phones. If my mac wasn’t fixed I’d be eyeing one of their many used laptops. Thank you Bill and team, I’ll be back and I’ll definitely recommend you!

Stay away from this place. I have had a couple of run ins with this guy and he really doesn’t know what he is talking about. Honestly, he charges you $ 10 just to look at your computer and then tells you that what is wrong isn’t wrong. I have asked him twice to replace the keyboard and the first time he wouldn’t and the second time when I wanted to pay with a credit card he refused… Doesn’t that sound a little weird to you??? Then when I called back and said that I couldn’t make it because something came up, he kept asking why. NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! Your customer service sucks.
I would rather pay Apple for the computer than this place.

Atrocious customer service. Go somewhere professional where they complete the job on time, don’t give you attitude in the store, don’t keep you waiting for an hour and a half and do the work they say they’re going to do. If I could give this less than one star I would. DO NOT waste your money or your time at this store.
