Do not let these guys work on your vehicle!
–I was there on Saturday for a quoted 2.2 hour job, which took 7 hours. After leaving I noticed my car making a weird noise not previously there. Went back on Monday & they fixed the noise, but claimed it was something else entirely, and tried to soak me for another $ 200, after having spent almost $ 500 on Saturday. Tried contacting the home office, to no avail. Will boycott this company, and warn all I know to steer clear.

My daughter obtained brake estimates from two other major repair shops for about $ 1350: pads, rotors, and calipers on all four wheels! VIP examined the car and said the front brakes looked new and we only need rear pads and rotors. Total cost was just under $ 300. As it turned out, my daughter had replaced the front pads only 1.5 years ago, but forgot. The front brake work recommended by the other guys was not necessary. VIP gave us an HONEST estimate and an extremely good price. We were very happy and will use them again in the future.

VIP did an oil change on my camper van. The local dealer in Derry did not want to touch my vehicle so I made a few phone calls. VIP did a GREAT job and used the oil of my choice. The technician also went over a few things about my vehicle. I will go there again for maintenance. I was well-treated.
