At Your Door Floor Store

I recently replaced my kitchen floor, entry way area & a half bath. Jeff was great with helping find the perfect floor for my needs. The installers showed up when scheduled and did a great job, even took care of some unexpected issues with the entry stairs. The reviews are right! They provide great service and excellent workmanship. Will definitely use them again.

The first project we did with AYDFS was replacing the carpeting in our living room with Tile. They did a fantastic job. We had a older dog who had issues, so some of the wood flooring in the dining room and craft room was damaged. They replaced that for us as well. All perfect.
We embarked on a third project replacing the carpeting on our stairs with wood, and the carpeting in the basement with sound managed flooring.
The crew cleaned up. Did an awesome job and was always on time. We love our new flooring and we love AYDFS!!!
Now if we only had more floors to do in the house.

I contracted with this company in July 2012 to install tile floor in my kitchen and powder room and hardwood flooring in my foyer and on the stairs (replacing carpet). I’m giving a mixed review because 2 different sets of workmen installed the different types of flooring. The tile guys did a beautiful job — they were very focused and businesslike and the results were great. I love the tile and have had no problems with it. The hardwood guys, on the other hand, were not as professional and required a lot more supervision and patience. For example, they left nails exposed on the stairs at the end of a workday — I or my pets could easily have gotten hurt.
I will say that the owner, Jeff, was very responsive to my complaints about the hardwood guys and I appreciated that. However, since completion of the job, several nails that were used on the stairs have come up and I’ve nearly ended up with a nail in my foot multiple times. I’m VERY unhappy with this outcome and am sorry I can’t give the business a better review.

My husband and I were very impressed with our in home estimate. It took over a week to have someone come out but it was SO worth it! We heard about this company on the radio (WMZQ) and it’s in the neighborhood so we thought we would give them a try. His estimate was fair and very competitively priced. He took the time to make suggestions and educate us on different product lines. He was professional, friendly and even liked our dogs (unheard of… since we have a pit lookalike). If your in the market for flooring please consider this Company.
