I have been a notary for 20 years and this was the first store I ordered from in 1992. I called today to place and order for Notary stamp and I also told the owner Marc I got a coupon in the mail for a free gift too, he said i needed my notary certificate infront of me. I do know everything on it but I did what he ask then called him back in about 15 minutes to place my order. I had to explain all over again which stamp I wanted, no problem, I placed my order and I said to him don’t forget my Free gift from the coupon He raised his voice at me and said. I ask you if the was anything Else! I said well since you don’t remember we just talked about the coupon for the Free gift less than 15 minutes ago, I said its OK if you don’t remember. He said Well! WHATIS it that you want FREE! I Said How About I Don’t Want Nothing Cancel MY Order! Then he tried to be nice and said I can have this order to you by tommorrow I said NO! How do you speak to someone rudely, a customer, then still want my business. Rude! I’m a repeat customer. Wow, Some people should retire or give the business to there childrens if they can’t deal with the day to day work flow. I really feel sorry for him. I am taking my business else where.

Very good turnaround time with online supply orders. Unfortunatelyy their supplies, particularly the self-inking stamps, aren’t of the best quality. At any rate, they are the most cost-effective supplier of notary materials in the DMV, I would definitely shop again.
