This is a great seafood restaurant. It offers a perfect upscale dining environment and ambiance, coupled with absolutely amazing views. That combination is hard to beat. The menu is on the higher side of prices, but it is seafood. They have both upstairs and downstairs dining. I’ve only ever eaten upstairs which has the best views of the marina, water, and mountains, as well as more upscale dining(downstairs is more casual). The food is very good with reasonably sized portions. They offer a great sunset dining deal for $ 21.95, where if ordered before 6pm, you get an appetizer, salad or chowder, entrée, and dessert. Not a bad deal! Just a good tip, make sure you ask your waiter/waitress for bread for the table, as they have changed their policy and only give you bread if you ask!

We went here for valentine’s day and since the first time I went here and the food was awesome I was looking forward to it very much. Well, it was not as good as I remembered it to be. My husband got the steak and shrimp, he says the steak was tough and not too flavorful. I got the ahi and it had a fishy taste whic may have forewarned what happened afterwards since I got a pretty bad stomachache. I will not be going back here for awhile

Anthony’s Home Port; you did it again. Thank you and your staff for a wonderful dinner for six guests on10 January 2016. Our nephew from Maine came to dinner and enjoyed your fare as if it was«back home» and will take your food, service, ambience with him and his wife as they leave on Saturday. From our setting, the lobster was«as good as it gets» and I was pleasantly surprised at the ling cod. Most impressive was the precision of drinks and meals arriving almost simultaneously, pleasantly hot, and without missing who ordered what. This restaurant is a flagship of eating places in Des Moines and always our target o please and impress our occasional visitors, each leaving with fond memories to share back home. Thank you immensely, Wren, for your fine service and patience as we decided to change one entrée. You are a true«keeper»! Also, to the bar… Magnificent, my Bombay Martini!

Entering the restaurant, the ambiance was very homely. If your 21+ put your name on the wait list and try looking for a seat at the bar(only if there is a wait). The bar is equally nice and provided happy hour. The service was great, but the food took longer then expected. Which we didn’t mind because the game was on. Appetizer — Pan fried oysters: this was delicious, the oyster melted in your mouth and breaking was just enough and wasn’t too much. I recommend this dish for all oyster lovers. I wish I could have this as a sandwich lol I was really tempted to ask them. Entrée –Blackened Rockfish tacos: The fish was cooked to perfection, and the fruity salsa was a good match

I’ve been dining here regularly for ten years since moving to Seattle. Anthony’s is a family owned chain of seafood restaurants in the Northwest. The restaurant features quality seafood, including excellent salmon and oysters plus fresh salads, and wonderful deserts served by friendly, knowledgable and very well-kept staff. This is accompanied by a beautiful view of the Sound, Olympic mountains and gorgeous sunsets. This is by far your wisest choice near SEATAC. Management is attentive and will resolve any issue to your satisfaction.

I took my boyfriend here for a surprise dinner for his birthday. I wanted to choose a romantic restaurant with a nice view. This is a great location because you won’t have to deal with downtown Seattle traffic. Wow… the interior and atmosphere is just top notch. I would recommend to be seated on the 1st floor so you are able to get the best view of the boats at the marina and the sunset. I ordered the seafood fettuccini and my boyfriend ordered the steak and lobster. My pasta was watery and not cheesy as I would have liked so minus 1 star. The mussels, clams, shrimp that came with the pasta was cooked perfectly. I wouldn’t order this again though. I got to try a few bites of the lobster. Oh my gawd. It melted like butter. I will definitely get this next time. The drinks here are strong and refreshing. I recommend trying the pomegranate drop. I would love to come back for another date night.

This place was great for lunch. Seated quickly. Service was good and steady. Ordered the Alaskan Cod fish and chips. It was perfect. Crisp coating, super white and flaky fish. Next time I’m in town I will definitely be eating here again.

Came here for my mom’s birthday dinner and left very satisfied! The seating area was surrounded by floor to ceiling glass windows that on looked the marina which was an amazing view. Although dimly lit, it gave a really cozy vibe which I liked. Bread and butter was delicious. I started with the house special chowder which was good, but nothing that wowed me, but I still really enjoyed it. For dinner I had the seafood fettuccine. They have daily rotating menus/seasonal which I appreciate, so if you come in there might be different items. The fettuccine tasted so fresh, like they made the pasta in house and the sauce was light but flavorful. There was an abundance of clams, mussels, shrimp, prawns, and scallops; but considering Anthony’s specializes in seafood I wish they cooked the prawns better. Ended dinner with the melting chocolate cake which was just a molten chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and raspberry coulis. The cake had a bready texture but the flavor was amazing so I overlooked that LOL. Too much raspberry sauce in my opinion but still good. Overall great dinner, perfect for date night!

Insanely busy at 5:05pm on a Wednesday. I was told it would be at least a 20 minute wait downstairs and a one hour wait for a table upstairs, but, the hostess said there was open seating at the bar. I generally hate eating at a bar versus a table but decided to give it a try. Service was pretty slow. The two bartenders were friendly but overwhelmed. It seemed like two bartenders weren’t nearly enough to handle everything. It didn’t speed things up not having a bar back, so the bartenders were also putting away glassware and pouring buckets of ice. It was a bit more than five minutes before I was asked if I wanted a drink, sitting at the bar, mind you. It was about 15 minutes before my food order was taken. However, the bay shrimp cocktail appetizer came out almost immediately. It was good, except the lemon wedge was dry – as if it had been sitting out for a while. Thereafter were long stretches between the subsequent courses. It seemed like a long time after I finished the entrée before dessert arrived. The blue cheese salad was satisfactory. Not nearly as good as the one I had at Stanley & Seafort the previous night, but nothing to complain about. My favorite dish was the blackened rockfish. It was perfectly cooked, came with a nice mango salsa, accompanied with almond rice and green beans. The mini hot fudge sundae was okay, maybe a bit disappointing for the finish to the meal. The texture seemed like ice milk rather than ice cream. No one asked me how my food was after any of the courses arrived, although I once was asked if I wanted another drink. A very looooong wait to get the bill, then even longer to get my credit card picked up. Over fifteen minutes. This experience caused me to change what had been a three star rating to a two star rating. Overall, my experience was mediocre to good but certainly not great. Since the place was packed, maybe I’m in the minority bring so critical. The pre-fixe menu at $ 21.95 is a pretty good deal.

My wife and I had dinner here this week. We had their Alaska Snow Crab special during October. A very good portion of crab legs, baked potato, and a cup of chowder. It was all very yummy! We were there just in time to watch the sunset over the the Sound. Our server Julie was perfect! Great attention to her tables, water always topped off, and very knowledgable of the menu. She had a great energy about her, and made our dining experience very enjoyable. I would definitely take advantage of this special during October Sun thru Thursday. Their drink and wine options were very good as well!

Okay, okay… I was contacted again by the manager and asked back for one more try… I obliged. We made a reservation for noon this past Sunday to try their brunch again. We walked in and were seated immediately — everyone had smiling faces. Our waitress was prompt, and extremely polite and accommodating. Already head and shoulders above my last two most recent experiences. My fiancé ordered the peach and raspberry waffle with bacon and I ordered the eggs benedict with breakfast potatoes. The waffle was crisp and hot, the fruit was fresh-tasting and complimented the plate well. The bacon was cooked perfectly and overall the dish was great. The eggs in my dish were poached perfectly with runny yolks, the ham was tender as well as the english muffin. I felt the hollandaise sauce was a TAD under-seasoned and the breakfast potatoes were a little overcooked — perhaps because they were par-cooked before the brunch ‘rush’ and scooped from a warming pan. They had really good flavor and with the addition of the peppers, I was a fan. Waters were filled each and every time as well as our coffee and soda. After our meal, we were greeted by the Sunday manager, apologized for our last experiences and our meal was comp’d. All-in-all, even if we’d had another bad experience, the customer service provided by the management team has been amazing. A restaurant caring so much about what their clients think and actually doing something about it was beyond impressive. With this last trip, I’d be open to coming here again. :)

We really enjoyed their sunset dining option for my wife’s birthday. $ 21.95 per person(Monday-Thursday) for a 4 course dinner plus $ 5 mocktails made for an elegant and budget friendly celebration. And the best views if you like marinas full of sailboats. Round 1: I got the shrimp cocktail and my wife got the salmon croccantini. I liked hers more. The salmon was smokey and the potato mash balanced out the salmon and the artisan cracker. Round 2: We both got the Cesar salad. One of the best I’ve ever had. Plenty of Parmesan and no croutons. Just how I like it. Round 3: I got the NW duo(salmon and shrimp) and my wife got the salmon fettuccini. I would say smoked salmon fettuccini but she substituted fresh salmon for the smoked salmon. The pasta sauce was smokey and full of flavor. I was a little disappointed that the shrimp that came with my salmon were the same tiny guys in the shrimp cocktail. Round 4: Burnt cream for the both of us. I’m not sure if the recipe is any different from crème brûlée, but this was so much more buttery and fragrant. Sooooo good. They actually brought out of wife’s with a candle on it because it was her birthday. A very nice touch!

Went to the Anthony’s in Tacoma twice, and I wasn’t too satisfied with the food, but I left this Anthony’s satisfied and really full. I ordered the Ciopinno, and that was pretty tasty. It came with a piece of garlic bread, and that tasted really good dipped in the Ciopinno tomato broth… but one didn’t seem enough for me, so I got another order of two pieces of garlic bread. And that seemed to overdo it… I finished everything, but it took a little struggling to finish the last few bites of the garlic bread. The customer service was great. Will probably come try this place out again.

I enjoyed the sturgeon this evening. The fish was incredible. I will enjoy when I return again. My business partner ordered the special with many choices. It was an absolute bargain before 6:00PM. I would have ordered but way too much food. The service was impecible. F

After I posted a not so favorable review for this business, the manager invited me to return which I thought was very nice and good for business. We went on a Wednesday evening and found it to be busy although we didn’t need reservations. Upon arrival we found there are two separate restaurants one downstairs which is more casual and an upstairs with a fuller menu and a far better view. We opted for the upper one. We were seated immediately at a view table. I put my gift certificate on The table along with the letter from the general manager which the hostess took. Quite frankly, I don’t know if all the service was because of that or if the service upstairs is really that much better. I like to think the letter had nothing to do with it and that the service really was outstanding but since the shift manager stopped by twice, it was hard to tell I had halibut and my husband had fish and chips. Both were good and we enjoyed the meal. We were full so skipped dessert. This meal was far superior to the one we had downstairs and we will definitely opt for that dining are when we return

This is a Sunday Brunch review 1– I highly recommend eating at Anthony’s for lunch or brunch just for the view factor, it’s beautiful and they have great food. Nighttime is too dark on the water to really get the full experience. The brunch was not a buffet — which I Iiked. A fruit platter and warm blue berry coffee cake was served to our table as an appetizer so to speak. We enjoyed this. It’s included with the brunch. The brunch menu had 2 sweet options, either waffles or French toast. I would have liked more sweet options, but that’s just me. I had the Eggs Benedict — if you’re a fan of eggs Benedict then definitely try it at Anthonys. The hollandaise was extremely well made, and traditional. I hate when chefs get«creative» and add cheese or something weird. They added a few shavings of green onion which really complimented the dish. The English muffin was not crispy.. If I went back I would request a crispy toasted English muffin just because the sauce is already going to soften it. The ham was not dried out, it was yummy. Meals ranged around $ 15⁄17. The quality was there, well worth it. Our waiter was nice but a little MIA which was fine being that we didn’t need much and chatted amongst ourselves the whole time.

Seafood in Seattle? Have definately had better elsewhere. It is on the water but it was so dark and cold we couldn’t see anything. The restuarant has two levels(and 2 different menus). Fancy dining upstairs with one menu, and more casual dining downstairs with another menu. Our table had a variety of dishes — lobster special with rice and carrots, trout with rice and carrots, and a grilled chicken salad. Grilled chicken salad: LOVED the dressing they used. Lobster: meat was cooked properly but rice had a weird texture to it Trout: ok but had to remove several bones, and rice WAS weird Our table was very under age(30’s) compared to the rest of the customers. And we were done with our meals before we ever got a water refill. This is what usually gets me at a restaurant. We ALL had water to drink and we ALL were empty. Bummed I spent a seafood experience on this location.
