Had to come here due to the Ankeny store not helping us. They got us our phone and renewed our contract on the spot and with a smile. Friendly staff even though some customers are crazy rude to them. Private parking lot available which is shared with a few other stores.

This is my favorite AT&T store in the metro area.
I was in yesterday for a phone upgrade.
They have the waiting list thing down to a science, and didn’t feel like I waited an unfair amount of time. The associates were courteous and friendly, but didn’t waste any time. They had the phone I wanted on hand and had a pretty good selection of accessories.
