DMH&C is not accredited by the BBB like their website claims. Here is our experience… Our 4 year old Lennox furnace quit heating overnight 02/24/2016 We called DMH&C 8AM02⁄25(falsely advertised to be a Lennox dealer) Craig arrived 6PM02/25, he blew in a hose to get the furnace working again Craig ordered a pressure switch but told us we’d only be charged for the labor(due to Lennox warranty on our furnace) The furnace quit heating again overnight 02⁄25 We called DMH&C 8AM02⁄26 to let them know John said he’d have the part by Friday(02⁄26) We dug out space heaters to heat the rooms we were in No calls from DMH&C, so we called again at 8AM on Monday(02⁄29) John said that they are no longer a Lennox dealer(as advertised), so the pressure switch wasn’t in their inventory(we have a very common furnace) 03⁄01 John called back(the only time that he did) and said that Lennox had mailed the part and he expected the receive it by 03⁄02 or 03⁄03 at the latest(we don’t understand why it wasn’t expedited) We waited and waited and waited to hear back from DMH&C, but no calls or correspondence of any kind So, we called DMH&C again at 8AM on 03⁄10 John said that he had«just received the part that morning»(at 8:06AM?) and that he was just about to call us The furnace is finally working again at 2PM on 03⁄10(yes, more than two weeks after our initial call) It took five minutes to install the new pressure switch They charged us $ 80 for the service call, plus a $ 40 «warranty claim fee» to order the warrantied part, plus tax We won’t be calling them again unless we have no other choice, would you?
