My family has made the trek from Maple Valley to see Dr. Krattli for years and won’t change. The entire staff treats you like you’re more than a patient and Dr. Krattli’s bedside manner makes you feel like you’re visiting a family member. This practice has the rare balance of clinical knowledge and personal care that doesn’t seem to exist in the medical field.

My husband & i went for an eye exam. Dr. did a good job. We needed glasses. We picked out what we would liked & thought they were ordered. she said they would be done in 3 to 4 for weeks. They said they would call me when glasses were done. i was not persistent & i trusted that she ordered them. After 4 weeks i called & checked to see the status. They were not even ordered yet. VERY frustrated. The people were friendly but if you can’t order products for your customers that throws everything out the window.

Dr Krattli is the bomb when it comes to taking care of your eyes! I am so glad I found him! I had the same optomitrist for over 20 years and finally decided that he was just not intersted in doing a good exam anymore. That’s when I found Dr Krattli. He does a thorough exam and their eyeware is modestly priced. I was able to buy with all the bells and whistles, 4 pairs of glasses for what it cost me one pair at Lenscrafters!!!

During my first visit to Des Moines Vision Center, I found Dr. Krattli to be a friendly eye doctor who made the whole experience of getting my eyes examined very low pressure. He went through the whole process, from checking eye health to testing my vision, without going too slow or making the experience feel overly clinical.
