I live for TV! I don’t like the idea of the storms you usually lose service but I’ve learned a trick or two on that one! I have a separate antenna on my TV along with the cable running to my dish and it helps with the pick up when there’s a storm! I went through their 800 number to get service because at the store they seem to confuse me! They are quick to help you efficiently and fast! Don’t know that I would go back to Mediacom: as long as they keep me happy with their service I’m okay! The price of it is fair I just wish that they would give me the NFL package all the time for not so much money! But I still get to see my teams I’m a big football fanatic and I love my baseball! I hope they keep up the good work and keep us going to be able to watch our TV when we need it. And I also love my news and weather.
