I’m never going back to this place they told me that they sold my hard drive to some random girl that claimed to be my girlfriend I will stick to Best Buy if I need my laptop repaired

This place is a joke. We brought our dell in here 3 weeks ago and were told the part would be in in 3 days and the computer would be repaired soon after that. I called a week after dropping it off and the part hadn’t even come in yet which would of been understandable if they would of called and told us. The owner was unbelievably rude and after arguing with me for 10 minutes finally told me just a couple more days. Well that was 12 days ago so I called again today and the guy had no idea who I was or where my computer was. 5 minutes on hold and he tells me he doesn’t know if its fixed yet and he has to call me back. I am so beyond infuriated with this place. I would save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Update: Well I never got a call back so I called them again and the owner said he was busy and hung up on me. He then called me back saying our computer still didn’t work and they need to keep it for another month. I said no thanks and went and picked it up and noticed the hack job they did on it. I will NEVER EVER go there again! I’m still in shock with how horrible the customer service was.
