Dr. Hughes and his staff do not make the welfare of their patients a priority. The person in charge of his medical records, takes weeks to respond to a patient and hand over their medical records, even after repeated calls. They are more of a detriment to the patient than help. Go somewhere else if you have an urgent issue.
