KFC

I went to this place today. I’ve been there in the past and the service has been slow. There’s a woman who works the drive-​thru during the days and she’s usually not great, but today was unbelievable. I watched two cars ahead of me get the slowest service possible. I don’t know if they were having problems with the system or what the deal was, but she kept stopping everything they said to have them wait. She did the same thing to me. I ordered loud and clear multiple times, but she kept asking me to repeat the order and cutting me off. She told me to pull forward before I was done ordering and I said I had more, and she had to redo the whole thing. Then, after I finish ordering, nothing was said for at least two minutes, as if she was still trying to figure out the order. She sounded frustrated and put out.
Another car behind me drove off because of the wait, and the place wasn’t that busy. I can’t imagine how much business they lose because they don’t have it together there. I would normally let this go, but it was absolutely unbelievable how slow and unprofessional they are, and I know she’s not a new employee.
Like I said, maybe they were having computer issues. She wasn’t doing a very good job of handling the situation though and the service in the past hasn’t been very good either. My fiancé has complained about them feeling put out in the past because she’d ask for a certain type of chicken, they’d give her something else, and when she pointed it out, they’d get upset and tell her that’s all they had.
I’ve worked in fast food. For a establishment to be as slow as they were at a non-​busy time and to handle it so badly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. First time I ever said «forget it» and left.

The food here was only okay. We had a coupon for a boneless chicken meal. I highly recommend NOT ordering any boneless chicken at any KFC. It is basically a rip off. The «boneless» is the meat chopped off from the regular chicken with bone. You actually get less meat with the boneless. Each cut off the actual chicken bone counts as «ONE» piece. The boneless chicken we had was also very dry. Definitely stick with the regular original chicken recipe!
