Warning all kosama’s are not created equal. They are franchised out and each location is owned by different people. When you sign up it will be around $ 300 it gets you first and 2nd month plus a heart rate monitor and gloves for kickboxing. Then it is $ 80 every month after that. Pro So if you like spending your hard earned cash to have you a$$ kicked for 50 min. 6 times a day this place will do it. I recently joined Kosama and love the workout. I have notice a difference in my strength, and the way my clothes fit. This is a better workout then you will get by just going to the gym. I like the way they switch up the classes so the do not get monotonous. What will get monotonous is you will always walk out drenched in sweat, but thats a good thing. This location offers more class times then any of the others. This location also has showers and towel service. Con They made it difficult to give them my $ 300 to sign up. Word of advice if you want to sign up do it online. After going down there twice during manger hours, and 6 – 7 emails back and forth(one snooty email from the owner themselves) I was finally told by someone online signup was an option. If you need to speak to a manager don’t bother. Trying to find one is like looking for a vegetarian at the Iowa state fair. The most recent issue is overbooking their space and equipment. Classes that are packed to the point it’s hard to move, and the right equipment you need is not available. There have been times I could not use the size kettle bells and body bars I wanted to use. My simple advice is they need to figure out how many they can accommodate and make the classes first come first serve. If you can hold 20 then the first 20 are in everyone else has to go to a different class. All and all I do recommend Kosama and really like it! I will keep going for now, but if they do not figure out class size and equipment usage I will not continue at $ 80 a month. I would rather join a gym for $ 20/month and just walk on a treadmill and lift wights.

If your looking for a way to stave off those holiday pounds and your willing to commit to 8weeks, this program delivers. A different workout everyday plus the added bonus of yoga are really a great combo. The program uses kettle bells instead of bands that add for a more dynamic work out.
