We used Modern Mechanical off of the one review we read and having talked to their office worker. She was very professional and understood exactly what we needed to be fixed. She told us what time the repairman would be there and he was actually early. Nice surprise since the AC was not working.
He called us to explain the problem, we discussed the solution and what we could expect from our unit as time goes on. Very trustworthy and knew exactly what needed to be done.
We will definetly use Modern Mechanical in the future.
