This place is great for athletic injuries. I got my shoulder dislocated for the first time and it was severe. When I got here, I was nervous. As soon as I was told to perform some therapeutic exercises, I realize why it was therapeutic; it helps! The people that works here are mostly women; they’re nice, awesome, and somehow comforting. Getting to know them is pretty cool. They also perform massages depending on your condition. I feel relieved every time I get my shoulder massage. I get a little disappointed when I’m done for a day’s physical therapy session.
What I’m really disappointed is how some people treat some of the workers as robots. They’re not as automatic as an ATM in the ghetto. They’re people! They’re professionals! They know what they’re doing and it’s a healthcare environment. Obviously they’ll be busy with other clients, so be patient with them.
The workers here are outstanding as their service and I would recommend the outgoing and active people who are injured to get their physical therapy here.

While the treatment was very good and effective. This company’s business practices are shameful. After going there for nearly three years and always paying on time and in full, the company conducted the most impersonal and unprofessional collection call when there was an outstanding invoice. Turns out they had an incomplete address on me. How I don’t know. I paid the bill, but that does not change their bad practices. It’s transactional and impersonal and only destroys the relationship they have with their customers. I cannot recommend them due to this experience.
