One of the better sandwich shops in our town. Always fresh and fairly decent prices. Staff friendly. Parking can be tricky if you are here at high time.

WOWIE Zowie they are cranking Christmas music in here today! And it looks more like Deserted planet Sub at 3pm when Drake is gone for Holiday break! The subs looks great, and I dig that they have a Tempeh choice for vegans! Wow 10 bucks for a footlong though, that’s kinda pricey. But they bake them and they have Scotcherooos for my friend so he’s happy! The kid behind the counter was super nice and fun and did not care that I was singing along to White Christmas when we were waiting for the order! Clean, cool envirement! The mural on the wall seemed a bit racey but what can you do, this is not my planet!

I really like Planet Sub. When thinking of how I want to review it, I have to take into consideration a lot of things. First off, the bread is so good. It’s a whole grain wheat that gets super crunchy and wonderful when they heat up your sub. Secondly, they have diverse menu options, from basic things you can find anywhere, to a great tuna salad, to numerous vegetarian and vegan options. They have soup. They have salads. They have Jones Soda. Their snickerdoodles are delicious! The only thing I wish is that they were more liberal with the toppings(except the lettuce, you never need more lettuce). I feel like if I’m paying ten bucks for a footling sub, I better be damn well getting my money’s worth.

Great bread. Freezer case meat. Expensive. My wife and I got the Yellow Sub and the Chicken Club. The fresh bread was delicious but more or less because it was reminiscent of school rolls. The meat reminded me of lunchmeat… Quality lunchmeat but not deli. They overload you on lettuce too. The condiments were good and the sizes are massive. especially the large. Usually that would warrant them being more expensive than subway or even jimmy johns but the subquality meat kills it. We might go back and order bread to use as dinner rolls but not for their sandwiches. Charlie’s in Jordan Creek Mall still holds top spot. I suggest you go there instead.

I had passed by this place a few times and wondered how their sandwiches were like. Thankfully Groupon had a great deal for Planet Sub so we had no excuse not to come! We came around 11:30am and there was one other table there. We were grateful it wasnt busy because we planned to take our order to go. Sandwiches here cost about $ 5 each(for a small). The small size was plenty for me(I ended up eating only half for lunch). We ordered the Planet sub sandwich which included many varieties of meat. It also came with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, mayo, and mustard. It was delicious! Fast, affordable and tasty! Thanks Planet Sub.

I have past this place up several times, not because it is the ugliest girl in the dance hall, but because it is surrounded by stunning dresses. I have to say that I am really happy that I grabbed a sandwich at this place! Much like the over done«ugly girl into pretty girl» hollywood storyline, the end result is YUMMY! There are two sub joints along this street, but know they offer different sandwiches. Planet Sub does a great oven baked sub, and really good wraps. I will never eat at Quiznos again after having this tasty toasty sub. I highly recommend the Italian sub, or the Greek chicken wrap! Side note: I always thought it was a chain restaurant, but it is owned by someone who lives locally, it is just a franchise.
