Powell handled our property for 4 years. Shannon was our contact, and it always took 2 – 3 phone calls to get her to call us back. When we put our property on the market and we did a walk through after the last renters moved out, we were unhappy with the final condition on the condo unit. We were told normal wear and use, and it wasn’t Powell’s concern anymore since they no longer had a contract with us. What was a joke though, the unit was required to be white glove clean for the agency to rent.
After multiple phones calls a settlement was finally agreed to, but then we had to wait 6 weeks after the tenants moved out to receive it. When the ck was received it was approx. $ 20.00 short and again we are waiting for our final restitution.
Please think twice before using this company.
