The fries are just excellent. They way they fry them leaves them crispy on the outside and melt-in-your mouth within. We’ve been very pleased with our last couple of orders and the lines have been worth the wait. It seems like they run out of sauces toward the end of their service(which, I guess, should be expected with limited truck space), so that’s something work noting. We had the sriracha sauce and were very pleased with our snack.

I think«Golden Sticks of Happiness» should be used to described anything you get from this truck. Got lunch here today and it was amazing. The line was long but they really handled it well. Getting people’s food out before letting other people order to keep everything organized. I ended up getting the Kimchi Fries(also knows as «Golden Sticks of Happiness») and it ended up being a really good decision. I didn’ t know how cheese and kimchi would taste together but both things complimented each other well and the korean beef bqq was just the icing on the cake. I also liked how even through my fires were covered with toppings, they weren’t soggy, like not sure how they managed that but it made me a very happy camper. If you haven’t had the chance to try this place do. The small fry with one dipping sauce is a deal. They are HUGE! The sauces are amazing, I tried the Fry Fuel(spicy) and wanted to go back and get more. This truck is worth the experience and your taste buds will thank you!

I used to have fries like these as a child growing up in South America. If you have grown up on fast food fries, you owe it to yourself to try fries as they were intended to be served. Freshly cut, the fries as fried twice making them perfectly crispy on the outside and still fluffy in the middle. My personal favorite is the beer mustard aioli, but the Cincinnati chili cheese fries are no joke!

The fries here are delicious — crispy on the outside, and fluffy on the inside. We ordered the«Golden Sticks of Happiness» aka«Kimchi Fries»($ 9) which are Belgian fries topped with orange sauce, Korean Beef BBQ, kimchi, onion/cilantro relish, shredded cheese, pepper crème, and sriracha. If you like spicy, this is for you! These specialty fries pack the perfect amount of heat. The Korean Beef BBQ is moreso pulled beef rather than pieces of BBQ(but it is juicy and makes it much easier to eat with the fries!) The onion/cilantro relish also really adds to the flavor! I personally couldn’t taste the kimchi, but regardless, the fries were delicious. Also, the fries are fried in 100% peanut oil(however, my boyfriend, who does have a nut allergy, has been fine with eating anything fried in peanut oil, including these fries! :)) Service here is very friendly and personable. I also like how they give you forks and napkins to eat the fries with! Portion size is huge here for the specialty fries. My boyfriend and I couldn’t finish the Kimchi fries by ourselves! Definitely worth sharing! I look forward to trying all the different dipping sauces next time! Also if you want to find out where they’ll be, check out their schedule on their website!

I ordered a small fries to go with my Porter at Firetrucker. It was really good. Just crunchy enough, but not tough. It was really balanced. I loved that it was thick, but the inside was not soggy. I will definitely try it again, with toppings. Good job
