Missed numerous appointments. Tried to fix our oven twice, was unsuccessful. So we purchased a brand new oven — which he damaged during install. We asked him to fix the damaged section, and that took him 5 months(missed appointments, excuses on why it was taking long, never returned phone calls, etc.). Glad we are done dealing with him. Will give two stars(as opposed to one) as he did end up fixing /replacing everything, and his price was what he estimated. But took way too long.
