Even though the place was clean and the women Where nice The bathroom is dirty and the weird key contraption is disgusting One olive is not enough for a whole sandwich It look like someone tried to invest a lot of money. and now is trying to reap off the customer Don’t steal my olives

All Subways are pretty much the same. Its all about the Service when in different locations. This one was ok, and not busy. Took sandwiches and heading to Des Moines Marina park.

It’s a Subway. What else can you really say? The employees are always consistently nice here but obviously hoping one day to graduate from its glass and mustard painted walls. They’re quick and accurate enough to get you fixed up with quick chow and out the door-door. Nothing remarkable enough to raise it to the 4 or 5 star level. It’s the only fast food act I’ll patronize and I’m at a loss to suggest what would earn them extra stars. I did visit this location just after one of the hosts said he was sure the place was being cased for a robbery. So that’s pretty exciting, yes? Guess the would be robber checked Unilocal and thought it didn’t have enough stars to risk going to jail.

SUBWAYEATFRESHORNOTSOFRESH!!! Ordered a tuna sandwich and nearly admitted myself into the ER. My body was trying to fight off this 12hr food poisoning. I am never coming back to this place again.

The food is what you expect from a subway, but I want Coke Zero to drink. If I don’t get it, I will have to start patronizing another subway restaurant.

It’s okay… I only come her as often as I do because Safeway is in the same parking lot. The service really needs to step it’s game up, and the floors really need to start staying a little cleaner. The guys wrapping me and my sons sandwhich weren’t the greatest at all. I specifically asked for the 12″ to be cut into two and place in seperate wraps, and I specifically stated LIGHT on the mayo, but once again here comes this BIG glob of may sauce in my first bite, and I wanted to barf. But, I can’t help it because I live so relatively close and Safeway is where I do my food shopping so I guess I just deal witht it.

the lines were ridiculous. lately i have been coming down this way to visit a friend. and even though qfc is a smaller store and is more expensive i know my visit will be shorter because of the lines being shorter.

This is one of the filthiest restaurants – not Subways but restaurants – I’ve ever visited. The dining area was littered with straw sleeves, napkins, and food. The cleanest table was still darkened by dried cola. The prep floor and counter were thick with cast-off food. The preparer was ill trained and exasperated by his task. Though he worked hastily, he was painfully slow. He wrapped my sandwich so sloppily that it fell face down on one of those dirty tables when removed from its bag. Initially I took issue with the employees but ultimately the blame lands on the franchisee. I spend a lot of time on the road and as a consequence Subway shops. I’ve seen everything from exceptional to marginal but this was by far the worst. I’ll definitely patronize Subway but definitely not this one.

Service can be hit or miss here as there are a few employees who really know what they are doing and a few who really, really don’t. But most of the time I have gotten excellent service with supreme sandwich-crafting skills. They even tessellate the cheese triangles! Last night I went in at around 8:00pm to pick up dinner for myself. There was a small family in line, one person behind them, and then me. There was only one sandwich artist behind the counter. This girl was kicking royal butt! She burned through all of us including me in what had to be under seven minutes. Not only was she fast but she was efficient in her multi-tasking(putting sandwiches in the toaster, taking them out when it beeped even if she was in the middle of putting red onions on another sub) and she seemed to be at least a little happy with her job overall. She was great and I wish I got her name so that I could refer everyone to her. Thank you, O mystery sandwich artist girl, for making my night a little better by being awesome.
