My boyfriend of 5 years proposed to me on July 4, 2015 with an engagement ring from Betz. Unfortunately, my fiancé chose a ring that was much too big for my finger. I emailed the store to see how long it would take to resize and they got back to me almost immediately and switched out my band the same day I brought it in. The owners and the store associates are friendly and extremely helpful. I highly suggest getting your jewelry from Betz.
