Very poor customer service, rude staff and not kid friendly at all. I wouldn’t come here after the way I was treated along with my children. The staff is extremely rude and poorly trained. The say you pay for what you get and if you want cheap quality and poor service, this is your place.

Thomas is Amazing!!! If you can book with him and you won’t be disappointed. The majority of the staff have worked at the same location for years and I would trust any of them but Thomas is definitely my go to.

First time to this salon last month and had a great experience! My appointment was with Sadija for Blow Dry/Styling. She did a great job, my hair looked amazing and remained in style for the rest of the day. The conditioner used kept my hair feeling soft even for the next few days! The shampoo/style service was only $ 25, I will definitely be back when I need another style/blowdry.

Walked right in and my son got the best haircut he’s ever had! He’s 15 and it matters! Will definitely go back again.

Just awful. My stylist was cold and really rough — something I’m used to with having big curly hair, but not so much with my multiple ear piercings that clearly could not be yanked on. I ended up immediately making an appointment at the SoCo location without letting her finish my poorly wetted hair mess. Being friendly goes a long way, especially when it’s clear your customer is making a big change to their hair. Will never come back, I shudder to think what would have happened if I had stayed to get it dyed like I planned. Ugh.

Let me give a little background. When I was little, my mom always took me to walk in haircut places like Great Clips. I always received horribly inconsistent haircuts and usually ended up looking like an idiot for a couple days after. You see, my hair is incredibly thin and straight as an arrow. In order for my hair to lie down and act correctly, it has to be kept relatively long. Otherwise, it sticks straight up and can not be tamed no matter how much gel, hairspray, or other products I use. Fast forward to me as an adult. I no longer trust my hair to just anyone. I have a handful of people that I trust to cut my hair correctly. That was until I had a couple of great experiences at Great Clips in downtown St. Louis. My hair was cut the same way each time and always turned out well. This was probably my downfall… When I needed a quick cut about a month ago for a business meeting the same day, I didn’t have the option to go to any of my regular places. I really needed a haircut immediately so I threw caution to the wind and went to Mastercuts in West County Mall. I was clear with the stylist that my hair would stand straight up if cut too short. I told her to just take a little of the length off. I should have realized that something was seriously wrong when I saw large volumes of long strands of hair falling into my lap, but I didn’t realize there was a serious problem immediately. When she was done, I noticed that my hair was short. I mean«can see my scalp» really short. The next morning after washing it, it would not stay down no matter how much gel I applied. I seriously considered shaving my head or buzzing it close, but my friends and coworkers talked me out of it. Each one said it would grow out in a few weeks. Flash forward to a month later… My hair is finally getting to the length that she should have cut it to in the first place and I will never return to this store. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the stylist, but I’m not sure I really want to remember at this point.
