A no high pressure place, with a genuine concern for the customer. If you feel like buying a mattress is like buying a car as I do — this is one local place to check. Delivery and set up on time and as promised and the crew was great. I, for one, shall sleep well tonight! Thanks you!

The manager of the store was very friendly and very helpful. He helped me find what I wanted and also helped me stay within my price range. He wasn’t pushy in trying to make me buy something that I didn’t want or coudn’t afford. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Great costumer service. The gentlemen here did everything to meet my husband’s price. Jeanpaul also took his time going back and forth and explaining the type of mattresses we looked interested in. He didn’t try to push us to buy and I really appreciate that(I’m not fond of salesman’s because they’re to pushy). Therefore Mr Jean Paul you get a five star from us… We ended up buying a Tempur Pedic mattress and I’m so excited to try it out(we’ll get it in 2 days).

5 stars for customer service. The first time I entered the store with my husband we where greeted warmly(though we scared the sales rep since he was vacuuming lol). We let him know we where just looking and pricing beds before we buy. He asked what type we where interested and explained which bed would be best for us. We tried a few of them out and stuck with one, all this was in Jan of 2013. We explained that right now we didn’t have the finances, he let us know about layaway and their finance options. We declined and was still friendly. We asked for his name and employee number so we could give him credit for the sale when we came back. Now on 2÷13÷13 we came back and we where greeted again and was helped right away. The delivery is in two days and we where offered a free box spring and mattress cover because of the sale.(Hurray!!) The customer service rep said that the frame came free too, but when he rang it up and charged me he noticed it added the price too it! He quickly apologized and said«I keep my promises.» And refunded me the $ 74.00. :) all I can say is I can’t wait for the bed. I hope the delivery guys are as nice as these guys!

I give this establishment a 2 star, since Jimmy(owner) was very informative about his product and was able to give me full attention since I was the only customer there… ok so this is what happened… I walked in and quickly noticed I was the only customer there and Jimmy was the only associate, he came up to me and introduced myself… i told him it was my first time in mattress store and i was only looking, he asked what kind of bed was i looking for, i replied, queen and firm please, he showed me two different kinds. I felt like was in heaven and felt like I was in one of them commercials testing the beds out… hee hee hee… then he started to tell me about the Columbus day sale that had been extended to this weekend… and bout their delivery schedules and so on and about the warranty policy… again I told him I was only looking… very friendly but very persistent. I asked about the financing and he explained, then I asked about the twin size beds… he answered… lol. So then I simply said, thanks for your help, you were very informative and thanks for the full attention & now I know what I’m up against… thanks you have a good day, good bye… and for some reason I was waiting for a response with a good bye, but no, instead I got the silent treatment… from the owner… and again… I was the only customer in there with just Jimmy being the only associate, so yes it was very obvious he was not happy… instead of walking out silently I did look at Jimmy and asked, «Now I’m getting the silent treatment since I didn’t buy anything?», he just said«you know…» I’m like«I don’t know… that’s poor customer service, you better believe I’m talking to your superior», I tell you for a second there I felt be-little, but I feel like I turned it around… Jimmy probably thought I’d just walk away and not say anything, well Jimmy is wrong… after this I’m writing a lengthy letter to customer service and to think I was going to come back and get the bed I fell in love with… nnnnooootttt anymore…
