Mark and his dad before him have been our family’s dentists for three generations. I have gone to him most of my life. He and his sister at the front desk are outstanding. We have all been happy with his work. I have come and gone his practice as I moved around and did two brief stints on HMO dental plans (shocking!!). I am always so relieved to come back to Dr. Hattenhauer.
He never tries to upsell you and is an advocate of the least invasive procedures possible. Conservative in his treatment plans, he clearly presents you with your options in terms of your health and finances. They also been great about passing on my records as I moved around as well.
I can’t wait to get out of my current HMO with $ 1300 deep cleaning «requirements» and back to someone dedicated to the art of dentistry rather than the art of the hard sell. Highly recommended!
