Zero would be better where shall u start the flimsy cups the pop machine needs cleaning its so nasty I poured it out when I got home ordered only sides and it was 31 dollars wtf biscuit’s weren’t hot I just think KFC had gotten grosser and grosser burn it to the ground start from scratch

Their ordering process isn’t the best. I repeated my order 5xs. I got to the window and repeated it again. I paid by debit card sat & waited on my food the cashier asked could she help me. YEAHGIVEMEMYFOOD!!! LOL On to the food… I ordered the 5 dolla fill up. Thigh & leg mash & biscuit. OMG It was fresh & hot out the grease. Best KFC ever!!! Maybe because it was lunch time. Lol but I’ll be back.

Monkeys can take a better order than these people. Had to give up and eventually ask for our money back because they couldn’t understand how to properly place an order or provide what was actually ordered.

Two visits reflected in this review, combined because of service /apology. Visit from time to time, and the first of these recent ones was because of a boneless chicken promo — buy one get one. Where to start?! Lets say that we were here because things have always been OK in the past, but the litany this time was nearly endless. First, stood at the counter maybe 20 – 30 seconds and had to say«excuse me» to get the attention of the two people standing just behind, having a conversation about something else. Order was taken courteously once we had her attention, and received the meals as ordered, correctly. Chicken was not crispy at all, and one piece was so slimy it almost dripped apart — as if it had been sitting a day or two. Other pieces weren’t as bad, but still very soggy. Sides were OK, and along with the chicken, was served hot. Had to ask for condiments(butter and honey for biscuits), and again took a while to get someone’s attention. Men’s room was out of paper towels, so when I went to the counter to tell the cashier and ask for some napkins, she said«OK, wait…» and went to get some towels. The manager turned around and handed me some napkins. ;) We filled out the survey from the receipt, and received a call back from the regional C/S representative. She was sorry about our bad experience, to which I told her I knew they could do better. She asked what they could do to ‘make it right’ and offered another meal on them. So, our second of these visits yesterday afternoon. We went in for the meal, and the staff was both friendly and attentive! Walked in, and both the cashier and manager said ‘hello’ in unison. Very nice! It turned out the person we talked to knew the one who had helped us on the phone, and they were again friendly in helping us with this order with two people tag teaming us. Wow, we felt important! ;) So, we took this meal home to enjoy, and the food was definitely better. Still not ‘crispy’ for Original Recipe, but quite good. No ‘boneless’ pieces to try, and that was just fine as the bones don’t pose a problem for us. One odd concern — we ordered two sides: Potato Wedges, and Corn on the Cob. We were excited about the latter, as I had only ordered ‘corn’ and she asked about options. Getting home, everything looked great, the chicken and potatoes were hot, and the corn on the cob was… mashed potatoes and gravy!(!!!) Probably our least favorite side from KFC, and a bad faux pas after the previous visit. Called to mention this, but deferred to asking them to work on customer service when the manager offered to replace the side. IF we get a very good value coupon, we may try this KFC again. Otherwise, we’ll just put it in the list with every other food place along the road when we travel. Why two stars: Service and food on the first of these visits was barely a one star! Response after, and general food from the second visit made it a solid 3+. Averaging, we came to two. :-)

I have been to this location about 10 total in about 6 yrs. First experiences(years ago before I was Unilocal-ing) were fine. The past 2 yrs equivalent of 3 visits.horrible. From cashiers not knowing how to ring coupons, to general counter-chaos and most recently, ordered the boneless original meal(buy 1 get 1) through drive through. We didnt want soda, so I asked if I could get extra bisquit. Nope, Ok, fine, get home, neither box has has a bisquit(1 comes with each meal) but more importantly the chicken was not good. Tasted nothing like original recipe. super peppery Ends up my friend I was with said she cant go there anymore(she went merely for her dog, long story) — as the dog will no longer eat KFC chicken but will eat anyone elses– so it isn’t only me that notices the gross decline of quality here. Poochy too!

We came by just as they were closing and not only was the food hot and fresh but the service was AMAZING. I can’t thank them enough!!!
