Pizza Hut

Just ordered pizza from here what a joke! We ordered two pizzas one of which was cheese with jalapeños on the side when we got our order delivered the pizza has jalapeños all over it which obviously was not edible for most people who just wanted cheese when we called to let them know the manager kept us on hold for a while when we finally got someone they proceeded to argue with us saying they don’t give jalapeños on the side, as if it was up to us to know that, whoever took our order specifically told us they can put it on the side in little plastic cups no problem so not our fault. She then told us we had to wait another hour to get our correct order delivered to us, she wouldn’t push our order up even though it is now been over an hour since we initially placed our order. My husband had to go and pick it up so we could get it sooner. The worst part of all this was not that any of the above but the fact that the manager Iyaz deguzman kept arguing with us instead of apologizing for their mistake, these people need a class in customer service. My husband picked up the pizza which is SLATHERED in cheese so disgusting. Seriously gross.

Ordered 6 medium pizzas for a kids birthday party to be ready at 7 pm. Got a call at 6:50 that there was a problem and had to change it to large with an additional wait. Arrived and wasn’t ready. This sounds bad and had it not been for the amazing customer service I received, this would be a 1 star review. Tom was very apologetic. They were slammed and behind, Many customers came in and were frustrated. They did the best they could with what they were given. I left feeling bad for them. Would continue going back.

I ordered 4 pan pizzas and I went to pick them up with a huge suprise. THEY RAN OUT OF PAN. Pizza Hut ran out of pan pizza. I wasn’t mad until the manger was like I have hand tossed and nothing else. My family was hungry so I agreed. I would assume with such a large order including cheese and breadsticks I would get a 5 dollar discount or an apology but they did nothing to calm my nerves. I would recommend any other pizza place and not this one. Included is a picture of the terrible cheese sticks that came with the sauce. The real kicker is that the sauce was on top of the cheese sticks. Cmon Pizza Hut, step up your game.

Ordered 2medium pizza which are really good same as other pizza huts. Ordered chicken Alfredo which is SPOILED!!! I can’t believe it. First time I had a problem with Pizza Hut. Horrible horrible experience. My 2years old niece, me and my sis in law ate a little bit of it, it was getting cold then you can smell how spoiled it was. Very disappointing! And last one we ordered the Hershey’s Dunkers? Omg!!! It was so hard. Looks like it was from yesterday and just heat it up in the microwave. Another disappointment. I suggest if you want Pizza Hut, don’t buy it in this branch! Horrible!

Lots of bogus customer service issues here. Numerous times online orders haven’t gone through. Sure things happen but they never even called to tell me that there was a problem. It also sucks when you’re expecting a delivery and nothing comes over the course of two hours. My friend once complained to the corporate office and was given a coupon for a free pizza specifically at this location. When we went in to redeem it they said it was only for dine in at another location a couple towns over. All this garbage is enough for me to never come back here or recommend to anyone else. Go to Domino’s down the street if you’re looking for quick pizza.

I ordered my pizza online and it arrived without the sriracha honey sauce on top and Hut Seasoning on the crust. I called the store to let them know, and their only response was first to argue that the sauce wasn’t listed on the ticket, but then corrected themselves and said, yes it was on the ticket, and then just said sorry. No offer of anything. Bad end to a bad day.

Extremely bad customer service.
The store forgot to deliver my online order… And instead of owning up to their mistake and resolving the issue the guy on phone kept arguing that order was delivered and paid in cash, when I had in fact paid by card online while ordering.
I wish there was an option to give 0 or negative rating.
Pizza Hut never again.

We have ordered all the time from here. The food is great. Service sucks! There have been multiple times where our food has taken over 2 hours, and also have been told they were unable to deliver to us on behalf of them being «too busy“you should not promote that you guys are open for delivery when you continuously deny delivery orders. It’s obvious you need to hire more staff/drivers.‘considering that ITS ISopen late delivery spot… THIS IS THE WRONF PLACE ITS FOR MUGS PIza and rib I and new to this and do not to know how to delete it

Just ordered a pizza and the nice young lady calls me back three minutes later saying my pizza will be 5 min later than advised. Gave me free breadsticks and a Mountain Dew because of it. Literally the best service I could ever expect.
