This location is great! I’ve been a handful of times, and on every single visit the staff had been incredibly friendly! I couldn’t believe the help rating was as low as it was, and felt compelled to add my review because I don’t agree. My fave is the honey bacon club. Love that they have all the extra condiments on the side to grab(banana peppers, pickles, jalapeños). Also the broccoli cheddar soup is so so good. I’ll keep coming back!

This location is always clean and stocked. The workers are so friendly and make sure to say hello. They generally have 2 people there working the lunch crowd and have their system down. I appreciate that they are not stingy with toppings and they offer extra if you want it. Plenty of seating for a big or small group.

Never been to this sandwich chain. It looks pretty much like a Subway inside but the menu is way better and they a tally toast your sandwich. The Indian manager/owner was very courteous and helpful for a Quizinos virgin like myself. The meatball sandwich was much better quality and tastier than the crap at Subway. It was a bit pricey for a chain but a much better fast sandwich experience than the number of wasted trips to Subway in areas where there are no alternatives. Nw burbs luckily has something going right in local government not to be villages dominated by Subway outlets that prevent competition. I will never go to Subway again after eating here.

I don’t know why I keep going back! I had a coupon & always seem to forget how bad the sandwiches are(from this Quizno’s anyhow). I had the angus beef on rosemary parmesan. The ‘beef’ was an awful texture & didn’t smell right. I ate half of it only because I was starving. Subway is so much better — ingredients seem fresher & service is so much better. I got the impression this Quiznos was owned by the only 2 people working & that it was is nothing more than a business to them. The man was on his cell phone & ignored me while she stared at him, until he finally let me pay. Just a bad experience all around. Yuck.

I really like this Quiznos. They keep it very clean and are always pleasant. Of course, I’ve never had to have them correct an order so I can’t speak for that. I can say that they’ve always got my order right, but in all fairness I generally order about the same thing.

When I used to work in Des Plaines my coworker and I would come here at least twice a week for $ 5 subs. The manager and employees knew us and we would order the same thing every time. My friend’s sandwich came with onion and tomato, but she requested those be left off. My sandwich did not come with onion, so I would always ask for a little bit to be put on. One day this bitch making my sandwich copped a horrible attitude and told me that she can’t put onion on my sandwich anymore because it doesn’t come with it, and I was taking advantage of them, and they were going to charge me for extra onion. I was like WTF! My friend didn’t want her onion, so technically I’m taking it. She got all huffy and said that people are constantly wanting extra cheese and meat for free. I said it’s 2 cents worth of onion and I’m NOT asking for meat or cheese! What is the big deal? And if it’s that huge of a problem then charge me for it! This argument was holding up the line, and people behind me were even like WTF is her problem over a tiny bit of onion? Anyway, I get up to the register and the manager, who heard the whole thing, continues to argue with me about the extra onion. I said«We come here at least twice a week and it’s never been a problem until today!» He complained that the $ 5 sub promotion was killing him financially and they weren’t making any money. So evidently my 2 cents worth of onion was the cause of his business failing? I told him that was not my problem, and his business is gonna get worse because he’s now lost 2 regular customers over 2 cents worth of onion. Freaking stupid asshole. We never went back there again. Stupid nitpicking over nothing. After that we would go to Brandy’s, which is in the same lot, so I would deliberately park in front of Quizno’s and made sure the manager saw us get out of the car. Then I would smile and walk past and go to Brandy’s instead. Heh… one time at Brandy’s they put so much onion on my food that I had to throw most of it out. My friend said I should have gone to Quizno’s and thrown the onion at the manager!!! LOL

There’s really not much going on in Des Plaines. Accordingly, I like to give credit to the local Quiznos for my obesity while living in Chicago and working in Des Plaines. Sure, right next door you can get a REAL sandwich but why would you want to stand in line and fight with everyone else on their lunch break? Come here where there is never a line and you’ll be greeted with the strongest Polish accents anywhere in the state of Illinois. The service here is pretty average. You give them your order and they proceed to go back to the conversation they were having before you arrived. The restaurant itself is cluttered with old newspapers and magazines so you’ll having something to read while you down your sandwich and have something to clean up said sandwich that falls apart upon consumption. Their pepper bar is always dirty and understocked other wise they would have come in with 4 solid stars of toasted sandwich glory
