Allen Fence Construction

Did a great job on a custom designed gates. Looks really good and all my friends love it. Was responsive to issues and the finished product looks and operates great.

I must say they came in with the lowest bid so price wise they are very good. The quality of the fence they built was good although they didn’t measure between the slats — they just eyeballed it. The reason for only two stars was the customer service. They managed to break two irrigation pipes while doing the job, which is totally understandable, but they wouldn’t repair them. I reported the first broken pipe the day it happened and the owner said he would take care of it. He even came out to look at the broken pipe which I thought was really great. After the third telephone call about the broken pipes, and I was told with each call that someone would be out tomorrow, I realized that no one would be out ever. They were paid and the job was over.
