Crown Pools

We bought a 28 foot oval above ground pool from these folks. The husband and wife team that own/​operate this place are so good. They explained everything in detail and even after spending an hour with us going over all the fine print, they didn’t have an issue with us thinking about the purchase. We returned 2 weeks later and bought the pool with upgrades! Install went great and their installer had great customer service as well.
6 months later the pool and accessories work just like they did on day 1. We are very rough on our pool with kids and pool parties and have had no issues so far!
We return once a month (even though it’s an hour drive) to get our chemicals here. Could I find the chemicals online for cheaper? Yes, but these people go out of their way to help their customers, so I will continue to support this small business even if chemicals are cheaper online.
I see people come in here all the time that didn’t buy a pool from them but the store owners still help them/​educate them and treat them like family. Good customer service goes a long way these days and I will use them forever.
