You have got to be kidding me. It took over 5 minutes to place my order and another 15, no lie, to get to the window. This is not the definition of fast food at all.

I love KFC but this location was RIDICULOUSLY slow!!! Probably 15 minutes in the drive through, i was 4th in line. Then 5 minutes to order because she kept screwing up the order. Then another 10 minutes to get put the drive through lane!!!

The drive thru was painfully slow, which was strange because there were plenty of workers behind the counter. The staff were personable — smiles on their faces. The young man who took my money was clearly overwhelmed and forgot to give me my drink TWICE within 10 seconds lol. On the other hand, the food was fresh, hot, and delicious. Maybe I drove through as they were working on a new batch ot maybe they cook to order? I might go back just because the food was so tasty.
