This location has HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE!!! This was my second time in 2 months that I stopped at this location for a cup of coffee. My mistake! Both times their system was down and they only accepted cash. 3 workers behind counter and 2 washing the parking lot and 8 cars backed up in drive thru. I asked to speak with manager and she came to front and as I started to complain calmly she asked me to excuse her one minute, walked away and started saying something in Spanish to others and they began to laugh. NEVER! NEVERAGAIN! It saddens me that this is my neighborhood McDonalds and it is of no service to me. WARNING!!! BEWAREPOORSERVICE&CASHONLYTAKEN!

Do yourself a favor, and steer clear of this location! The people working there either don’t speak English or they are ghetto as hell. Started to call corporate office, but was to point, the store is probably independently owned. Horrible experience!

Long line at drive through but they get the order right 99% of the time. Lady at drive through kinda rude. I notice that no one at McD’s ever says thank you. Don’t really ever give eye contact…

9÷28÷139:30 pm Went in and ordered and paid $$$ extra for a slice of tomato for my southern chicken sandwich — I get home and got no tomato so I call and the phone is busy, busy and busy! TIP— Always check your food/order before you leave! Just one star for this place!
