I called in an order 40 minutes prior to closing and was told it would be 15 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later entered the building, there was a guy behind the bar who was watching the news. I stood there for 5 minutes before another guy who worked there entered the store and walked past me without a word. He came out of the kitchen and asked if I’d been helped. I told him pick up order and said he didn’t have one so I show him my phone where I called 30 mins ago. He was like that’s the number but we didn’t have an order and the kitchen is closed. I try to support but the service, or lack there of was so bad I won’t go back.

Very good Catfish and service was great. The guy that helped us was polite and had great customer service. I called in my order and didn’t have to wait at pickup. It was hot and ready to go when I arrived.

The 2 young men that were working on the day that I went, were not too knowledgeable about the food that was being served. However, I took my chances and was pleasantly surprised. I got the Parmesan Garlic Wings and they were tasty.

The fried catfish is really good. Very good! But, the service is absolutely horrible! How difficult is it to find a friendly person to take orders and work the register? These people are downright rude. Good luck if you ever call to place an order for pick up. They don’t repeat it back and you’re never sure if your going to get what you actually ordered. I tried to eat at the restaurant and the circus-like atmosphere in the kitchen was so distracting I had to leave. There were several people talking loud and joking around. One person even came out of the kitchen, grabbed the TV remote, changed the channel, and began singing and dancing to the video. All of this right next to the table where I was eating. It is a shame that they seem to have figured out the hard part, which is to make a great product that the public wants to buy. The easy part, customer service, is what will drive them out of business or at least keep them from growing. No one will put up with their rude employees.
