Amazing group of people! This was my first experience with chiropractic care. Staff are very knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Payne is gentle and explains everything thoroughly. Recently moved out of state and its been hard to find comparable care. Miss them tons!

Awesome service & treatment!

So wish this office was in my neck of the woods! My neck decided to flare up on our vaca. Chose Dr Payne based on Unilocal reviews. Did not disappoint!
They have a nice waiting room for the patient as well as the kiddos.
Very organized, friendly, Christian office. I was adjusts by Dr Jake and Dr Payne. Their set-​up is very unique. Every patient room has its own dressing room that you wait for the doctor in, before flipping the «switch» that your ready to be seen. You also have a «credit card» of sorts to give to the doc. The card had all your info on it. Interesting and very efficient. I’ve been seeing chiropractors for many many years. It was the first time I was told to walk for 15 minutes after the adjustment, before getting in my car, so the adjustment would hold. It definitely seem to help.
We have been vacationing in the miramar area for over 20 years. Payne Chiropractic will definitely be on my vacation list of to do’s!

After 15 hours in the car coming down to Destin for our vacation, I woke up the next day with terrible back pain. My wife suggested that I seek out a chiropractor and get an adjustment. Normally I would just deal with the pain but since it was our vacation and we brought all three of our dogs, I knew it wouldn’t be a lay around the pool and do nothing type of experience. I am so glad that I came in. Dr. Payne took one look and knew exactly what to do. Within about 12 hours I was pain free and the rest of the vacation was a blast!

I went to Dr. Payne in 2004 at the age of 22, I was waking up with agonizing neck and back pain every day. I had migraines about 4 – 5 times a month, overall my spine was in pretty bad shape. Within 5 months of weekly visits, I forgot what a headache felt like, I had full range of on my neck and amazing flexibility in my spine. Dr. Payne is an amazing chiropractor and his staff are some of the most amazing people I’ve ever met.
I moved out of Florida and Payne Chiropractic Life Center is the one thing I miss the most.
I would recommend these guys to anyone without a moments hesitation.
