Consistently out of coke/​diet coke. Poor service. Bad attitude. Dirty, smelly.
I blame owners. They obviously do not care.

Wow. Had the pleasure of visiting Destrehan, LA. When not at home I usually get my coffee from mcdonalds and this one was the closest for me. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve experienced at a mcdonalds. Inconsistency in product… It’s just coffee people. Just hold the nozzle till the hot stuff gets to the top of the cup. Over the top attitude when they get order the wrong … which happened every single time I visited. I tried the drive thru, walking in, explaining it slowly. Does not matter. The owner of this one needs to clean house!

This is the worst McDonald’s in the chain. The management is extremely unprofessional and could use a crash course in customer service. The inconsistencies in product availability and product quality are a slap in the face to everything McDonald’s stands for. Even after the full remodel, this location still has equipment issues affecting their ability to offer basic menu items such as iced tea to milk shakes, all on the same day. Plus, they consistently rank in the worst top 30 for health code violations in the New Orleans Metro area.
And what is the deal with the credit card machine not working? I’m done. Management blames the customer for their issues. Management is full of excuses and McDonald’s corporate customer relations could care less.
So I choose to support Burger King, located right across the street, where they know my name and I receive consistent quality and customer service on every visit I make.

The worst McDonald I’ve ever been too. I work around the corner and they have NEVER gotten my order correct. So poorly run it’s not even funny.

Probably one of the worst run McDonald’s. Employees using cell phones and goofing off. Many of the female employees have long hair and wear it down and it got in my food. Gross! Stay away!
